MOBIKRAFT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U72900BR2021PTC055467) provides Mobikraft Library, which is SaaS (Software as a Service) for library management. We offer various subscription plans that require payment for services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 3 days of purchasing a subscription plan. Once the 3-day window after payment has passed, the subscription cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be provided.

If a cancellation request is made within 3 days, but services have already been accessed, the request may not be entertained.

Refund Policy

After 3 days of payment for any subscription, refunds will not be issued. MOBIKRAFT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as much as possible, but once a subscription period has started and services are delivered, refunds are not applicable.

In case of any refund approved by MOBIKRAFT TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Subscription Expectations

If you feel that the services you have subscribed to are not as described or do not meet your expectations, you must report this to our Customer Service team within 3 days of subscription activation. The Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take the necessary action.
